Recruiting Assistant:

We are looking for a recruiting assistant who can interact with sales representatives and executive staff to set up meetings for potential new recruits. Candidate must keep very detailed notes in the Recruitment Tracker of active leads, dead leads, and future follow ups.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
    • Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
    • Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
    • Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
  • Schedule calls/in office interviews
  • Responsible for creating sales material for face to face meetings
  • Send follow up emails to recruiters to keep them up to date with conversations/face to face meetings
